Athletes and visitors to the Perth 2011 ISAF Sailing World Championships will experience the best of Australian hospitality and world-class facilities.
The Perth 2011 concept has been developed to maximise the comfort of athletes and minimise the event's impact on the environment. Our plan is highly compact, with Perth and Fremantle only 20 kilometres apart and all of the classes sailing out of a single venue – the Fremantle Harbours.
Should Western Australia be successful in its bid to host the ISAF Sailing World Championships, the proposed timing for the event is early December 2011.
